ReplyDeleteAh, I'm surprised I had a visitor. I realized a couple things partway through doing this. 1. It was way more time consuming than I expected, 2. I wasn't sure people would find it interesting or useful, and 3. the people that made the hunt specifically requested for there to be no rewards list so that people couldn't pick and choose.
ReplyDeleteI think picking and choosing is necessary as regardless of hunt reward quality (which does widely vary), the simple fact of the matter is that for many people many gifts will be useless, so it wastes everyone's time by bothering with them.
I did bite off a bit more than I expected by doing this though, and was considering giving up on the blog altogether. You've made me reconsider that decision...

ReplyDeleteWell, i can't decide about your time, or about what other people do or like, but i always appreciate a place where i can see what's going on in sl hunts. And you really did it well with this.
About what the people that made the hunt said, i am not sure you have to pay attention at them at all (and just as a thought...when a creator is not willing to show his/her creation, and you have to do a "blind buy" -even for 1L$- i would question the quality of SOME of those creations), and anyway you can always post any of the various hunts that always are on in sl..of course it's up to you ... but again i think you did a great job with this blog
